About the Event
Must pre-register for this event.
Skidmark Garage is a "no-collar" community DIY motorcycle garage. All are welcome who welcome all. There are no mechanics, only riders that want to work on their own motorcycles.
Are you interested in learning more about the specialty tools for motorcycle repair? Learn how to use specialty tools like torque wrenches, impact screw drivers, impact sockets vs regular sockets, chain breakers, master link presses, volt meters, micrometers, dial calipers, dial indicators, feeler gauges, taps and threading dies, bolt extractors, drill charts. I will also cover the difference between torx and allen wrenches. We will also cover the different grades of bolts and how to tell which is which. As always this will be a hands on class and you will get real experience with each tool, and we might break a few cheap ones for educational purposes.
