The setting must be adjusted which requires readjusting the float level tab. Consult your service manual of a qualified service technician for installation instructions and measurements when adjusting the float height. *ONLY fits Harley CV40 carburetors 1992-2006. Not for use on non-Harley models, other Keihin carburetors, Screamin' Eagle, or other non-HD models. Product is an aftermarket item designed as a direct OE replacement for the original factory product.
